They're known for there great flavor and long 12" slender white stalks which don't bulb, making them very easy to clean and uniform in size. This strain will tolerate frosty mornings and can overwinter in the ground with some heavy mulch. Plant in early spring or fall. About 90 days to maturity, but harvest anytime.
